The entire cake! i.e. Dr. Nezhat is the cake his nurses and staff is the icing! 31 years with this man as my doc. With the exception of my husband, he has been the best man in my life.

I recommend Dr. Nezhat frequently for complicated/complex issues. (Endometriosis, cancer screenings, etc) However, as a patient, you will have to make sure of your own care path.
